Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as an Institutional KYC Analyst. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the compliance and risk management efforts of our organization by conducting thorough due diligence on institutional clients, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with these clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct Institutional KYC:
o Perform comprehensive KYC checks on institutional clients to verify their identity, legal structure, ownership, and regulatory compliance.
o Analyze complex ownership structures and identify beneficial owners and significant shareholders.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree / Postgraduate in business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
o 4 + Years of experience in KYC Domain experience in a similar role, with a focus on Institutional KYC within the financial industry.
